Our friend Shay St. John, minister of Unity of North Houston, made some impressive observations about Easter in their current newsletter. She said, “ Easter is more than a day. Easter is a continual celebration in us. Easter is every time we lift up our hearts, every time we lift up our minds, every time we resurrect the living Truth in us and overcome negation. Easter is every time we are healed, every time we overcome fear, every time we give expression to the God-self, the Christ self in us as abundant living. Easter is the dawning in us of the light that darkness cannot overcome. Easter is the discovery by us of the truth that life is eternal, that God has set eternity in our hearts, that we are one, now and forever, with the eternal life of Christ. Easter is OUR resurrection!”
