From the Desk of....Bill Ferguson

Dear Friends,

The setting for the photos of this month's book selections is a pile of broken limbs from our beautiful Northern Oak trees, severely damaged in the ice storm of December 9th.  With their split trunks and shattered stubs for limbs we wondered if they will survive. But our arborist assures us that, like our own souls, the oaks are rooted and grounded in deep, rich soil, and with the warmth of the spring sun and showers, they will once again bloom and leaf-out and continue to shade and beautify our home for years to come.

With God's help, we will all survive this harsh winter and once again bloom and blossom and bless those around us.
