I read an article recently by Ted Andrews that said the fall season is the best time of year to refresh ourselves and initiate changes. It is the best time to shed the old and start the new. Use the fall and the autumn to recharge yourself by taking a hike, meditating under a tree, or bird watching in your backyard. It is one of the best gifts you can bless yourself with.
