Book Reviews-August, 2010 It's All God By:  Walter Starcke  Soft cover, 292 pg, $15.95 Is the Bible really meaningful to us in the twenty-first century?  This book guides readers to a new, deeper understanding of scripture and its relevance for today. Starcke's primary premise is that God is everpresent--God is all there is--and that the human and the divine are one and the same, a concept actually taught by Jesus but not much understood.
